职位描述

  1. Accountable on negotiation and sign with customer on Tier 1 oriented annual contract /price list ,sign agreements include quality/technical/logistics by coordinating all member from different departments.负责谈判和签订一级供应商的包括销售合同,协调各部门签订质量、技术以及物流协议。
  2. Responsible for annual sales budget and rolling forecast.负责年度销售预算和滚动预测。
  3. Responsible for the recovery of customer’s overdue payment.负责客户的应收款收回。
  4. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory market segment ,support PM to get new project.在指定的市场通过与现有的以及潜在的客户建立,发展和保持业务关系,支持项目组一起获得新项目。
  5. Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.支持管理层包括口头和书面的报告,整理出客户的需求,问题点,兴趣点,竞争对手活动以及潜在的新的产品服务。
  6. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.保持领先在产品运用,技术服务,市场行情,竞争对手情况和各种威胁的文献分析以及与市场和技术服务的结合。
  7. Participates in trade shows and convention.参加例会和贸易展会。
  8. Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors.完成上级安排的其他事项。

职位要求

  1. University graduation本科学历
  2. 3- 5 years sales management experience, automotive interior business is a plus. 3-5年销售管理经验,汽车内饰行业经历者优先。
  3. Good at customer relationships management.擅长客户关系管理。
  4. Good presentation and negotiation skills.表达和谈判能力强。
  5. Good English both oral and written.英语口语和书面能力良好。
  6. Good team player. 良好的团队合作者。
