Descrição da vaga
- Responsável pela manutenção corretiva e preventiva dos equipamentos do processo;
- Desenvolver melhorias focando o aumento de eficiência e confiabilidade dos equipamentos;
- Montagem e desmontagem de máquinas e equipamentos;
- Realizar análise de falhas e desenvolver ações;
- Planejar manutenções corretivas e preventivas planejadas junto ao PCM;
- Elaborar relatório técnico das atividades diárias. Inspeção e execução de lubrificação;
- Levantar dados de controle de manutenção e peças sobressalentes;
- Elaborar manuais e procedimentos;
- Controle de ordens de manutenção via SAP.
Qualificações
- Formação técnica em mecânica ou eletromecânica;
- Desejável Inglês Básico;
- Desejável experiência nas rotinas de manutenção corretiva e preventiva mecânica;
- Conhecimento e vivencia em usinagem.
- Conhecimento no pacote office;
- Desejável experiencia com hidráulica, pneumática, ajustes mecânicos e ferramentas de medição;
- Conhecimento em SAP módulo PM;
- Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos mecânicos;
- Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos;
