• Check the need for materials through MRP and send orders according to need, monitoring so that they meet demands, monitoring deadlines.
• Open orders, sequence Production;
• Carry out production programming and communicate with the areas involved.
• Monitor what is being produced, whether it is in accordance with what was programmed.

• Analyze trends and establish controls over exception messages.
• Lead the control of the stock of components in the system, updating the parameters as necessary, avoiding lack of material for production and also maintaining stocks at the appropriate level in accordance with the established goal.
• Train others in this process.
• Monitor components, alerting you to items that become critical and taking the necessary actions to avoid disruption of internal lines and especially those of our customers.
• Lead periodic reviews on MRP master data.
• Assist with inventory activities.
• Performs complex demand analysis on orders and forecasts received from customers.
• Prepare simulations of impact on the operation using data received from demand.
• Builds and defines statistical tools to identify abrupt variations in demand.
• Create a bridge between operations and customers.
• Makes critical deadline and volume negotiation
• Understanding of MRP parameters in SAPe regarding Master Data configurations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree minimum in administration, logistics or related fields
• SAP – expert
• PPC  know how
• English Intermediary
