Join our team as a Laboratory Engineer!
We are looking for a motivated Laboratory Engineer to support laboratory operations, coordinate testing activities, and contribute to quality and development projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of laboratory technicians
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily laboratory testing activities
- Create and maintain test specifications within laboratory measurement systems
- Create and update raw material test plans in SAP
- Release incoming raw materials in SAP
- Coordinate activities and documentation related to the extension of expiring raw materials
- Prepare and issue customer certificates and maintain customer communication
- Organize and support complaint investigations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Product Development
- Participate in operational and project meetings as required
- Support the implementation and validation of new laboratory tests
- Train and support new employees
- Participate in project activities, including planning and execution of laboratory studies
- Develop test procedures and work instructions for newly introduced tests

Főbb feladatok:
- A laboratóriumi technikusok munkájának szervezése és koordinálása
- Napi laborvizsgálatok tervezése, kiosztása és nyomon követése
- Vizsgálati specifikációk létrehozása és karbantartása a mérőberendezések programjaiban
- Nyersanyag-vizsgálatokhoz kapcsolódó teszttervek készítése és aktualizálása SAP rendszerben
- Beérkező nyersanyagok felszabadítása SAP rendszerben
- Lejáró alapanyagok felülvizsgálatának és dokumentációjának koordinálása
- Vevői tanúsítványok elkészítése és kiadása, kapcsolattartás az ügyfelekkel
- Reklamációvizsgálatok szervezése és támogatása
- Kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal (Minőségügy, Termelés, SCM, Karbantartás, Termékfejlesztés stb.)
- Aktív részvétel új vizsgálati módszerek bevezetésében és validálásában
- Új munkatársak betanítása és szakmai támogatása
- Projektfeladatokban való részvétel, vizsgálatok ütemezése és lebonyolítása
- Vizsgálati és működési utasítások készítése új tesztek bevezetéséhez
Elvárások
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Very good communication skills
- Experience with SAP and/or laboratory management systems is an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
Elvárások:
