Automated Assembly Line Process Technician – Senior

Responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the automated production line by providing specialized technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing equipment adjustments, and coordinating automation-related activities. Serves as the technical lead for the production line, supporting operators and technicians while driving improvements that enhance equipment availability, productivity, and reliability.
Also responsible for coordinating the operational needs of the production line by following up on the availability of materials, tools, spare parts, and consumables, while maintaining effective communication with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requisitos
Education
-
Technical Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electromechanics, Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, or a related field.

Completed or partially completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in a related discipline (preferred).
Experience
-
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with automated production lines.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with automated equipment.

Experience working with industrial robots, preferably KUKA robots.
-
Experience with vision systems, industrial sensors, and actuators.

Experience in automated manufacturing processes.
-
Experience coordinating technical activities and providing production support.
Technical Knowledge
-
Operation and programming adjustments of KUKA robots.
-
Basic PLC diagnostics, preferably Siemens.

Photoelectric, inductive, laser, and proximity sensors.
-
Industrial pneumatic and electrical systems.
-
Industrial vision systems and cameras.
-
Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams.

Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

SAP (preferred).
