Job Description
Lead ContiTech SAP Sales and Distribution Logistics (SDL) Global Support team, steer projects for improvements and standardizations processes, responsible to design, execute and maintain SDL SAP processes for ContiTech systems in coordination with peers SCM IT and other SAP Competency Centers.
Is in charge of management for implementation of Sales and Distribution, TM and GTS, related projects in accordance of the global IT strategy, coordination of SAP functionalities and use of the SD integrated add-ons and solutions including assurance of documentation and training requirements for the respective processes in SDL area.
Qualifications
Academic degree (computer scientist, Industrial, Manufacturing, etc..) or comparable experience through several years of practical work
Min. 10 Years of experience translating SAP business requirement into solutions, process design and IT consulting, ability to develop Business and IT/SAP strategies and concepts
Ability to provide IT expertise to the application areas or to visualize requirements from IT concepts, debugging, coding, blue print design.
Project management experience, dealing with complex requirements and challenging timelines
Min 5 Years practical experience in the management of staff (personnel management, coaching, feedback, problem solving, etc.)
Proven experience in implementing SAP projects, and in interacting with Senior Management"
Background leading global teams, and with ability to communicate effectively with teams of diverse with cultural background, respectful and proactive managing team's strengths and synergies
German Language (B2+)
