Job Description

This role develops sales opportunities in region EMEA with established and new customers and prospects (new or traditional business concepts) as the first interface. Marketing & Sales mentality to attract new business from first contact to SOP; Negotiate and conclude contracts and business transactions. Establish a structured Market Screening and strategic plan to drive new valuable DSS or PTS business in Commercial Vehicle and Passenger Car Market.

Qualifications

▪ Bachelor's Degree in Business with technical understanding or Engineering background with sales mentality▪ Solid understanding of the commercial vehicle and/or automotive business or aftermarket / distributor business model
▪ Three years of account management experience or proven customer interface and engineering/commercial experience
▪ Is familiar with operating in an IATF16949 environment▪ Understanding of "Product to Market" processes in OE Automotive environment (NDA, PPAP, PLC,)▪ No previous leadership experience required▪ Able to demonstate understanding of customer culture, international exposure preferred
▪ Fluent in English and basic in German and other languages of advantage.
▪ Willingness to travel (>50-70%)
