Job Description

As a part of Test Strategy, Standards & Compliance inside Qualification Testing of ContiTech, you support laboratories, test fields and product development by:

  • Defining standardized test methods and equipment for product testing at global test sites, based on quality requirements and customer input
  • Developing and evaluating new test methods for product testing across all test centers
  • Ensuring the worldwide application of standardized methods and test equipment across all test centers
  • Providing input to regional technology centers to ensure global standards, global synergies, and effective communication of requirements
  • Providing consultation and governance to all internal customers regarding test methods and standards
  • Promoting methods and processes to enhance compliance standards
  • Cross-checking and validating updated standards, as well as defining final new standards
  • Ensuring the proper documentation of all methods and standards, including formal requirements
  • Creating and maintaining overview documentation detailing which standards or methods are currently in use at specific plant-based test centers

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or natural sciences (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemistry, physics, etc.)
  • Communication within international teams
  • Experience in documentation, as well as in working with and managing databases
  • Product testing and results analysis; quality documentation and management
  • At least 3 years of (partial) professional experience in the fields of testing and laboratory work or product development
  • Fluent English
