Production Trainer

Job Description

  • Impartir y ejecutar el entrenamiento técnico de acuerdo con los contenidos y objetivos de formación.

  • Motivar al personal de producción a adquirir los conocimientos y habilidades requeridos, así como a ponerlos en práctica.

  • Realizar la certificación y recertificación del personal de producción (de acuerdo con el procedimiento de entrenamiento).

  • Cumplir con el llenado de la información requerida para la presentación de los indicadores de entrenamiento.

Qualifications

-Habilidad de trato con el personal.

-Buena comunicación y facilidad de palabra.

-Conocimiento básico de Microsoft excel y Power Point.

-Conocimiento en procesos de Bandas IAM2

-La seguridad es primero.

-Habilidad en solución de problemas.

-Gusto por la enseñanza y capacitación.

-Iniciativa y proactividad de nuevas ideas para el departamento de entrenamiento.
