Senior IT Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our team in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
Responsible for the proper functioning of the Data Center, telecommunications and IT infrastructure. Guarantee the availability of the facilities for the correct operation of the Data Center.
Responsible for the physical installation of the servers on which the DS infrastructure depends
Responsible for the security of the servers (patching, updating, backup)
Responsible of the accurate information that is presented to Audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology or related.
- At least 5 years or more of experience in IT roles.
- Knowledge about IT Service Management (ITSM) concept and processes.
- Experience in implementing IT projects.
- Previous years of experience in second-level and third level IT support
- Advanced level in English. ( B2 is required )
