Internship Logistics Department(full time) CTTR

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Intern to support our Supply Chain Management team. In this role, you will help ensure accurate goods receipt processes, maintain warehouse documentation, and support daily logistics operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to gain practical experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and SAP systems within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Receive and verify goods delivered by suppliers.
• Check delivery documents (delivery notes, invoices, CMRs, certificates of conformity, etc.).
• Compare received goods with purchase orders and related documentation.
• Perform quantitative and, when required, qualitative inspections of incoming products.
• Enter goods receipts and related information into SAP.
• Label and identify received materials according to company procedures.
• Maintain records of receipts and archive documentation.
• Report any discrepancies related to quantity, quality, or documentation.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to resolve non-conformities.
• Support the creation of AWB shipping documents when needed.
• Participate in periodic inventory activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the receiving area.

Qualifications

• University studies in progress (Bachelor's degree student).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
