BA IEMEA Salesforce Key User
Job Description
The BA IEMEA Salesforce Key User is responsible for driving the design, governance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce business processes, ensuring user adoption, data quality, reporting excellence, and operational effectiveness across the Salesforce ecosystem. The role also leads the rollout and training of Salesforce solutions, ensuring effective change management and alignment across regions and functions. In addition, the position is responsible for coordinating and aligning Salesforce-related projects to support consistent implementation standards and maximize business value. The role also provides functional leadership for strategic Salesforce initiatives, including Customer 360, Contact Locator, Salesforce Strategy, and AI-enabled capabilities, aligning platform development with business objectives and digital transformation priorities.
Qualifications
- High knowledge of process thinking, understanding and development of complex processes
- Analytically and conceptually thinking, cross-functional mindset Identifying the best fit for heterogenious stakeholders with diverse requirements and standards
- Motivation and commitment to support change processes
- General Management understanding, business acumen
- English language Affinity in IT applications (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, MS Office)
- Project management skills
- Affinity and interest in sales digitalization and technical applications
- Independent work ability, organizational talents, personal and time management and structured work methods
- Communication Skills, including presentation and negotiation techniques
- Good intercultural competences
- Enthusiasm and motivational skills along with assertiveness
- Solution-orientated action and hands on mentality
- Dedication, reliability and sense of responsibility
