Job Description
▪ Manage and resolve incidents and new user requests in the ticketing system.
▪ Coordinate tasks related to suppliers.
▪ Creating Reports
▪ Installation and configuration of networked computers with DS operating system image.
▪ Installation and configuration of networked computers with SF operating system image
▪ Configuring User Profiles on DS Computers
▪ Software installation, configuration and inventory
▪ Installing and Configuring Printers and Scanners
▪ Security incidents handling
▪ DHCP server (QIP) management
▪ Manage and support network cabling activities
▪ Mobile phone management
▪ Responsible in acomplish IT Audits
▪ Responsible in acomplish IT KPI´s
▪ Monitoring and execution of necessary actions at the security points in DS equipment
▪ Consulting to users on IT procedures and policies.
▪ Execution and participation in local and corporate IT projects.
▪ Creation and updating of procedures, manuals and work instructions.
▪ Time Management

▪ IT Incident Handling in Ticketing Tool (BMC Remedy)
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English
