Job Description
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure follow-up throughout the selection process.
- Recommend the best candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
- Promote the employer brand and contribute to talent attraction and retention initiatives.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Advise and support managers in identifying their hiring needs.
- Develop and implement candidate sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Write and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources completed, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent command of French.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Membership in a professional HR association/order is considered an asset.
