Junior Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and careful Production Machine Operator. In this role, the person will work on Painting, Molding and Finishing. The job also includes watching the production line and making sure the product quality and safety are good. Person should be hardworking, able to solve basic problems, and work well in a team.
- Operate machinery and production equipment according to standard procedures
- Adherence of daily production plan
- Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain 5S of the related area
- Maintain production logs (output, downtime, defects, etc.)
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Update shift reports and communicate with incoming/outgoing operators
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (like Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
- Maintain product quality and reduce scrap.
- Always ensure safe working conditions
Qualifications
SPM or equivalent (preferred).
Should have 1-2 year manufacturing experience.
- Willing to work in shift rotation
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
