Data Analytics & Digital Tools Expert

Job Description

Responsible for Data Analytics & Digital Tools you will generate analytical insights and drive process efficiency by implementing automation and AI supported digital solutions for BA IEMEA.

Key focus will be:
▪ Analysis and visualization of sales, pricing and customer logistics data by combining various data sources such as SAP, Polaris, Salesforce, DBX via Power BI
▪ Drive strategy development, implementation and roll-out of state of the art digital tools (e.g. workflow automation, SAP/BW/Polaris reporting, and Power BI)
▪ Supporting and consulting operational teams on process & tool enhancement by using strong tool know-how incl. Excel and state of the art digital tools
▪ Drive identification of use cases for robotic process automatization (RPA) (e.g. UiPath) and support implementation process
▪ Supporting the identification of AI use cases and support implementation process
▪ Conduct individual ad-hoc analysis, generate and distribute business/market intelligence, support quantitative value-based pricing, review effectiveness of existing  reporting and initiate new report perspectives
▪ Ensure constant improvement of data analytic tools and the necessary infrastructure in collaboration with Group/Sector/BA/Segment/Functions Controlling and IT.

Qualifications

▪ University degree (Bachelor or above), preferably in Business Administration, Economics or IT
▪ 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business analysis in an international environment
▪ Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DBX, Power Query) and strong Excel know-how
▪ Experience working with ERP/data sources (e.g., SAP, SAP BW) and ensuring data quality (validation/reconciliation)
▪ Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and basic project management skills (requirements, timelines, UAT)
▪ Hands-on exposure to automation/RPA and/or workflow automation (e.g. UiPath)

▪ Experience with Polaris, DBX, Salesforce (or comparable systems)
▪ Experience supporting AI use-case identification (problem framing, data needs, risks, adoption) in collaboration with IT/business stakeholders

▪ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multicultural teams
▪ Highly proficient in English (written and spoken)
