Product Industrialization Engineer

Job Description

1. Keep abreast of new projects, and get product information from previous orders’ batches before it put into production, ensure the stability of the process into the new project, and just refer to the previous investment experience. Responsible for ensuring and obtaining of all requirements before being transferred into serial production
及时了解新项目，并且在投入前从以前几批订单中获取已知的产品信息（路线卡更改状态、前批操作条件等），确保投入过程的稳定，新项目如果只是更改颜色和花纹，可以参照以前的生产经验投入。2. Perfect control from development to production process, and access to relevant practices, enable the production of products to meet customer demand. Define testing plan and master data in cooperation with product development
完善从开发到生产过程的控制，并且获得相关的操作规范，使生产的产品满足客户的需求。制定测试计划，与产品开发共同管理主数据3. Preparation and collaboration of new development projects (feasibility study)
新开发项目的准备以及协调工作（可行性研究）
4. Preparation and support of trial batches
项目试制的准备和支持工作5. Responsible for process capability test; identify weak points and implementation of improvements
负责工艺能力测试，寻找工艺弱点并提高工艺流程
6. Assist in training the production supervisor, the machine leader and employees in operating skills
协助培训生产主管、机长及员工的操作技能
7. When adding new equipment, provide necessary process conditions to ensure the equipment purchased is our most correct needs
当增加新设备时提供工艺所需的条件，确保所购置的设备是我们的最正确的需求8. Familiar with the entire operation process of all working operations (paste mixing, coating, lacquer mixing,printing,embossing and slitting)
熟悉整个车间的全部操作工艺过程（混料，涂布，制漆，印刷，压花和切割）
9. Provide the equipment and safety recommendations for improvement
对设备及安全方面提供改进的建议
10. Coordination and implementation of projects to improve the productions and process reliability and to reduce quality problems
协调支持整个项目，提高生产以及工艺的可靠性并减少质量问题11. Standardization of workflow and formulations
工艺流程以及配方的标准化
12. Problem solving systematically of repeating production problems
系统性的解决生产重复发生的问题13. Systematic review of lost of material, clarification of material lost, definition and tracking of actions
系统性地整理分析材料损失，跟踪改进行动14. Comply with OHSAS18001 related regulations, Follow EHS rules and policies
遵守OHSAS18001相关规定，遵守公司EHS相关规定及政策
15. Maintaining of FMEA´s and implementation of statistical and problem solving methods
制定和更新FMEA，完成数据性的问题分析16. Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors
完成上级安排的其他事项
17. Support production for daily trouble shooting
支持生产做好每日紧急问题的处理

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above (mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable)
大学本科(学士)学位（机械工程，工艺工程，化工工艺）
Fluent in English or German is a plus
英语或德语流利者优先At least three years’ experience in chemical process areas, car interiors industry priority
至少三年化工工艺方面的经历，汽车内饰行业优先
Relevant work experience in the automotive industry
相关的汽车行业工作经验Good project management skills
较好的项目管理能力
