- Ensuring an efficient sourcing and recruiting process for the target groups.
- Detailed coordination of job requirements with the HR Business Partner and departments (e.g. vacancy, salary structure, special features).
- Designing and creating target group-specific job advertisements.
- Selecting appropriate sourcing channels.
- Creative and conceptual use of innovative sourcing methods.
- Conducting pre-selection, telephone interviews, and personal interviews if necessary.
- Building and utilizing target group-specific candidate pools.
- Participating in recruiting events.
- Contributing to employer branding and recruiting projects.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in business administration, psychology, law, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting processes, ATS tools, and methods.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Assertiveness and problem-solving ability.
